We fully understand that when you buy online you don’t get the opportunity to see the product up close, and at times this may result in fancy dress costumes being returned to us. If on receiving your product you are not satisfied with the item purchased please call our sales office on 0161 367 8885 with 48hrs of delivery.

Exchange Items: If your need to exchange a product simply return the item and enclose full name and address details Tel no, including details of the exchanged item i.e. size, colour required. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the postal charges when returning an item for both an exchange or refund

Refunds
No refund will be given if original packaging is damaged. No refunds are given for Hats or Wigs due to hygiene reasons. A 10% restocking fee is charged on all refunded amounts.
