SHIPPING: Charges are calculated during checkout. Once you have paid and purchased your item, it will be sent out to you within 48 hours on a signed for delivery, please do make sure there is someone in to sign for the delivery.

OFFICE OPEN TIMES: All our post is sent out daily before 4.30pm. We are closed on a TUESDAY so any goods purchased after 4pm on a Monday will not be posted out until Wednesday morning. Parcel force only deliver Monday – Friday so any item sent on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday.

SATURDAY DELIVERY: We can offer a guaranteed fancy dress delivery by royal mail on a Saturday if you need one please contact us for a price.

OVERSEAS: Our overseas deliveries are sent via Airsure so please do allow 7-10 days delivery time. Sorry we cannot be held responsible for overseas delivery times.

PAYMENT FOR OVERSEAS DELIVERY: Additional charges may be added to all overseas purchases. This will be calculated per order and a subsequent charge will be raised accordingly. Our shopping cart shipping charges are currently set for UK fancy dress costumes Customers, however overseas Customers can still buy from our website using the existing PAYPAL checkout system, what this means is that once we receive your order it may result in an additional surcharge to which you will be notified by email.
